Coconut Sugar made from the flowers of the palm trees is a natural sustainable sweetener known for a it's earthy taste and low Glycemic Index making it a smart alternative for diabetics.
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup Coconut Sugar (crystalized)
  • ¼ cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 ounces Cacao Powder
  1. Blend first six ingredients on med speed for 2 mins then blend flour and baking soda until well blended.
  2. Mix in Organic Cocoa Powder
  3. Bake at 350 20- 25 mins until lite golden brown.
Alternatively substitute the Organic Coconut Sugar for Splenda granulated.
